 How to Book Your Party with Us

Contact Us
by email or phone to discuss:
~ our character availability
~ your party package and activities
~ your full calculated price


 Send us a 50% deposit by check, money order,
   PayPal or credit card to reserve your party.
~ We will provide you our business address where you may send us a check or  
    you may use the paypal button at the bottom of this page.
~ Your remaining balance will be due in CASH ONLY at time of your party.
~ See our Cancellation / Deposit Refund Policy.

 We will send you a contract by your choice of email/mail/fax to verify:
~ your party details

~ your pricing details

~ our policies

Confirm agreement to the contract IN WRITING
~ by email/mail/fax no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled party.


 The remainder of your balance must be paid in full to your character-performer at the party in CASH ONLY.

 ***If you are pleased with your character's performance, a 10-20% gratuity given to her/him/them is always greatly
appreciated.

 Deposit / Cancellation Refund Policy:

~ Cancel 7 full days (168 hours) or more in advance of your scheduled
   party and your deposit will be refunded minus $5 for handling.
~ Cancel 4 full days (96 hours) or more in advance of your scheduled 
   party and half of your deposit will be refunded to you.
~ Cancel within less than 4 full days of your scheduled party and your  
   50% deposit will not be refunded.
~ Any amount you have paid above the required 50% deposit is 
   fully refundable at any time of cancellation.
 
~ Without written agreement to the contract by 24 hours prior to your
   party, the party will be cancelled and your  50% deposit not refunded.
